The Package originator can manage what types of signatures can be used in a document by a signer.
When creating and customizing a Package, the Signatures tab is selected in the Package Options by default. There are 3 signature types available.
Ink It - This allows signers to write Authentic Syngrafii Ink Signatures from their devices. This is a mandatory type of signature and cannot be disabled.
Type It - This allows signers to sign with a Custom Syngrafii Electronic Signature by typing their name. This generates a Signature and Initials. A unique code and seal is generated for every signature and initial ensuring that each typed signature is unique and onetime use. You will be provided with a list of styles to choose from.
Accept It - This allows the signers to sign by accepting a Standard Syngrafii Electronic Signature. A unique code and seal is generated for every signature and initial ensuring that each signature is unique and onetime use. There is only one style of signature available.
