All created Templates are listed under the Templates tab on the left panel. You can filter the Templates using the menu options available (Recent, Private, Shared).
To create a Package from an existing Template, select the required Template and click on +New Package. This will present you with the Create New Package page with the fields populated from the Template (e.g., Package Name, Package Settings, Signers and Recipients Info, Documents).
If you have assigned any placeholder Roles to the Template, while creating the Package, you must assign the Signer/Recipient information, or else the application will prompt you to do so.
You can make changes to the Signers/Recipients list, by deleting Role Names or by adding new Signers/Recipients as needed.
You can also make changes to the Documents, delete the existing ones and add new ones too. Clicking Next will take you to the Templating Page, where you can either choose to go with the existing templating done while creating the Template or make changes as required. Once everything is finalized, clicking on the Send button will send the document(s) for signatures.
Another way of creating a Package from a Template is from inside the Create Package page. When you are creating a new Package, there is a Select Template button on the right of the Select Package Type section. Here you can search for Templates by typing in specific keywords or filter them by Recent, All, Private or Shared.
Once you select a Template, you are taken to the next step to customize the Package with all the fields populated from the Template (e.g., Package Name, Package Settings, Signers and Recipients Info, Documents).
